Pay it
You can now pay for many council services online, using your credit or debit card. Simply follow the links below to make a payment. To use the online payments service you will need to have with you your debit or credit card together with details of the bill you are paying. (for example: invoice number, customer id, date etc.)

Parking Penalty Charge Notice - To use the online payment service you will need to enter the PCN ticket number and the vehicle registration number. You cannot pay online if you have received a Warrant or if your vehicle has been clamped/removed by a baliff. If your vehicle has been clamped or removed by the baliff, you will need to contact the baliff company direct.
Invoices - To pay an invoice online you will need the invoice number and invoice date.

Benefits overpayment
Business rates (NNDR)
Housing Rent
Southampton City Council invoices
You will need to provide your account number or invoice reference number when you make your payment so please make sure you have the details with you.
Other Payments Using Credit or Debit Cards
For those invoices or accounts which are not part of the automated payments service you can still make a payment using your credit or debit card. Simply ring the Cash Office between 8:00 am and 18:00 pm, Monday - Friday and a member of staff will take the necessary details in order to process your payment. To use the Cash Office service please ring 023 8083 2654.
